At Veld Vibe, we want our customers to be happy with every purchase. Veld Vibe is an independent reseller of products supplied and fulfilled by National Clothing Distributors, our trusted supplier and fulfilment partner.
While purchases are made through the Veld Vibe website, all shipping, returns, exchanges, product inspections and refund requests are administered directly by National Clothing Distributors in accordance with their policies and procedures.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, National Clothing Distributors will do their very best to accommodate either a replacement product or a full refund. Size exchanges are offered free of charge.
All return, exchange and refund requests must be submitted directly to National Clothing Distributors at returns@parka.co.za .

Once National Clothing Distributors receives your return or exchange request, a courier will be dispatched to collect the item(s) from the same address to which the order was delivered. You will receive an email containing a two-page waybill that must be printed and handed to the courier when the item(s) are collected.
Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, National Clothing Distributors will process the refund or arrange a replacement product in the case of a size exchange.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and paid into your bank account within seven days.
Please allow for normal banking processing times. If you have checked your bank account after seven days and have still not received your refund, please contact National Clothing Distributors directly at returns@parka.co.za .
